Pressure Test Systems
PRESSURE TEST SYSTEMS
At BFT, we offer pressure testing systems for controlling operating pressures of up to 5,500 bar. After reaching the set pressure, the pump switches off automatically. Both pressure and conveying capacities can be adjusted infinitely, which enables a defined and seamless increase of the desired test pressure.
For high pressure systems with conveying capacities of up to 1 liter/min, both stationary and mobile units are available. The entire stationary unit is mounted on a base frame and operated via a central control panel.
MOBILE UNIT
The mobile unit is mounted on a trolley coupled with a towing hitch and is thus designed for moving the testing station to the testing device. It is operated via a cable remote control and is also available in an explosion-proofed version (Ex-Zone).
VALVE TESTING STATIONS
Our valve testing stations are designed for pressure testing of valves up to an operating pressure of 5,500 bar. They are available for testing with nitrogen, gas compressors and pressure accumulators are available – as well as hydraulic stations for switching the valve actuators on and off. The valve testing station is controlled via a central control panel.
