Peroxide dosing pumps are designed specifically for the injection of peroxides into low density polyethylenes (LDPE). Through the use of high-quality components and materials, we ensure maximum operational reliability. All electrical and electronical components are suitable for use in potentially explosive areas.

PEROXIDE DOSING PUMPS
All peroxide dosing pumps can be equipped with an optional second intensifier as a stand-by unit. At the push of a button, it is possible to switch from the first intensifier to the second during operation.
An electronic flow rate control and a suction flow stabilizer built into the supply line ensure a high flow rate stability. A built-in pulsation damper optimizes the pressure curve.
